This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and driving sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store improvement plans.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.,Promote and participate in store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
