📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Manage and train the restaurant staff to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
