In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are accurately communicated to vendors and staff.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that everything is in place for the event.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, working alongside the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation, including guest feedback and event evaluations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or banquet services.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
