📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of corporate facilities, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management and asset optimization.
• Manage a team of facility management professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in facility management practices.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to excellence and best practices in facility management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, FMAP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FM:Pro, ServiceMax, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
