📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the inventory of spare parts for mobile service units, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Manage the purchasing process, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
• Coordinate with mobile service teams to understand their parts needs and develop strategies to meet them.
• Monitor parts usage and demand, forecasting future needs and adjusting inventory accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to spare parts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Lead a team of parts managers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve parts management processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts management, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and industry trends.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
