📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.,Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to improve sales performance and techniques.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and financial services to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they are well-prepared to join the team.,Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve company targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the retail and financial services industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
