📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of company operations, including production, sales, marketing, and human resources.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role in the coffee industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with coffee production, quality control, and industry trends.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
