Bright Link Sentosa is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Work closely with development team to ensure documentation accuracy,Collaborate with product managers to understand product requirements,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
