As a Bus Attendant / Driver Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and pleasant journey for our passengers. Your daily tasks will include assisting drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll work with real-time scheduling tools and fleet management software to coordinate your duties efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading passengers, ensuring a smooth boarding and alighting process.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment inside the bus, including cleaning and organizing seats and storage areas.
• Monitor passenger behavior and intervene if necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any other inquiries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Record and report any incidents or issues related to the bus or passengers.
• Work closely with the driver to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
