📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
