Royal Village Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This is a hybrid position, combining office and remote work. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support our business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
