📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance team performance.,Assist in customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities to drive store performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
