📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain company data systems with high accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.,Train and supervise junior data entry staff to maintain high performance standards.,Identify and resolve data entry issues promptly to minimize disruptions.,Collaborate with IT teams to implement and update data management systems.,Generate and analyze data reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall data management strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.,Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry and management roles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other data management tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with basic programming or scripting languages is a plus.
