Gate Byte Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor junior technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of facilities and equipment.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.,Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a secure work environment.,Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools to support maintenance activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and improve overall operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and technical roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and mentor team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
