Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.Assisting with the preparation and administration of medications.Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices.Promoting a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.Fluency in English is a plus.Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.🛠️ Keahlian
