📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
