As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently, providing our customers with the best possible experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
