📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of supply chain management principles.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
