Indonesia Pharmaceutical is looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety and quality. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and quality by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food displays and presentations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work remote and self-manage tasks.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
