In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Design and implement learning strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and online.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques to measure learning outcomes.
