📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
