📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of business intelligence analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models, to support strategic decision-making.,Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.,Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of business intelligence, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through robust data validation and quality assurance processes.,Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, using visualizations and storytelling techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a business intelligence context.,Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies is a plus.,Certifications in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields are a plus.
