📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Stocking and organizing merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Assisting customers with product information and purchases.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
