📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
• Create and maintain detailed business process models, use case diagrams, and system flowcharts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficient in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in ITIL or PMI-ACP is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
