📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset recovery strategies to maximize returns on non-performing assets.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to identify and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of asset recovery processes with overall business operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset recovery, providing regular updates to management.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong, knowledgeable team.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage and analyze asset data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMS) are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
