📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records and inventory.
• Resolve order-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor order performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
