In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of 50+ employees, leveraging tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Trello to streamline operations and enhance user experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage vendor onboarding and account maintenance, ensuring compliance with platform policies and regulations.
• Monitor platform performance using Google Analytics and other tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues, optimize listings, and enhance product visibility.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase vendor engagement and sales.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Maintain and update vendor and customer records in our database.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketplace operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketplace industry.
• Proven experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to travel to Bangka Belitung for meetings and events, as needed.
