As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for handling and processing electronic waste, ensuring that materials are safely and efficiently recovered and recycled. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain automated sorting systems and manual disassembly stations
• Handle and process electronic waste, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Recover and recycle materials such as metals, plastics, and glass
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of sustainability practices and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the electronics recycling or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with automated sorting systems, manual disassembly techniques, and chemical recovery processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
