📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of HR-related services
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
